This customer purchased the item at our site.

This is the third replacement seat that I have purchased since buying our original Quantum Shower Chair in 2006

Advantages: Vast improvement over the original seat, injection molding is superior.

Disadvantages: I still think that the weakness in the design is not having a cross-member to support front and back.
(the only support is side to side).
After about three to 4 years, the seat starts to sag from use, then its just a matter of time until failure or apprehension of failure starts.

Quickie 2 Folding Wheelchair

I have been using a wheelchair since 1979, during that time I have owned a number of wheelchairs, manual, power as well as handbikes. My current Quickie 2 was almost 20 years old, I am very active, this chair held up very well..but it was time for a new chair. After looking around I decided on another Quickie 2, it's lightweight, foldable and compact, making it easy for me to load up in my car on my own. Sportaid (Gwen) made sure every detail was taken care of and that I was 100% happy with my purchase. I would not hesitate to work with them again.
