Currently these are purchased from CST Tires and the quality is garbage. The tubes are incredibly weak near the valve. I've gone through three of these now - two of which ruptured after gradual inflation (not to max PSI) and the third of which lasted a whopping three months before going flat this morning.
If Sportaid changes vendors either back to Bell or to another manufacturer feel free to remove this review.
