The Jay Duo Cushion is wonderfully soft and comfortable. The Duo wheelchair cushion is composed of three layers: a contoured solid seat pan integrated with soft foam and a Jay Flow fluid pad. The foam is urethane-covered making it totally incontinent-resistant. The lightweight solid seat pan provides a firm base of support as well as ensuring the lowest possible seat to floor height. Jay flow fluid, enclosed in the rear of the cushion, aids in the relief of shearing and pressure forces on fragile tissue. The Jay Duo wheelchair cushion provides the highest level of comfort and skin protection for the client at moderate risk of skin breakdown with mild positioning needs. Every Duo cushion includes two suede covers for convenience. They are soft to the touch for comfort and use a "shower cap" stretch design for easy removal for washing.
