The Surge Wheelchair Handrims by Out-Front

Great shape and great feel. I've been using these for 2 years now and I'm mostly happy with them. There's some drawbacks but they're still the best option available as of today. The rubber strip is a great gripping surface for pushing up hills or slowing while going down hills. It also works very well when it gets wet, unlike all metal handrims.
