i own this, i use it as my wheelchair cushion. i had cut a 2 in. high piece of firm foam to the same pattern as this roho and use it under my roho. sitting on this each day has completely saved my poor rear. i had a horrible pressure wound for the past 4 to 6 yrs. was in the hospital a few times because of it. using this cushion and the 2in. firm one under it completely healed my terrble wound. and my bottom side feels so good now.
