Unfortunately, I bought a pair of these and after about a year and a half, the urethane between the wheel rim and handrim began to disintegrate. Tears started developing in the urethane and within a matter of just a few weeks about half of the urethane on one wheel was torn .... and this was just from everyday use, no sports or anything "extreme".

At first I didn't like these wheels because the urethane grips took the skin off my thumbs. After 18 months the urethane seemed smoother and more supple so I thought I'd 'worn them in" but, unfortunately, the urethane now has a small split so I can't see them lasting much longer. They seemed like a good idea but I feel they should last much longer than two years for what they cost. All in all I'm very disappointed.

I have a set of these wheels they are great in improving stability in the hand and reducing pain in the palms. I have only had them a few months and one has already worn thin which is not good.

i brought these flexirims 18months ago and alreay they are ready for the rubbish bin, the rubber brokedown very fast, i would not recommend buying these rims as you will have to replace them within 18months bit of a rip off for the price of them..
