Price is not the only factor to consider when buying Sentinel Wheelchair Tires by Primo, excellent customer service sets us apart from the others!

The Primo Sentinel Wheelchair Tire has been top-ranked as part of the absolute greatest wheelchair tire list for the whole market.

Versatile, low rolling resistance and durable: the Sentinel is a “no compromise” attributes of a high performing, lightweight tire, with the strength of a puncture-resistant tire.

The combination of our dual layer nylon casing and a 3mm LDP anti-puncture insert creates our most advanced tire in the Primo Sentinel. The insert prevents long-term debris accumulation with its high-rebound characteristics, while maintaining the integrity of a lighter rolling, longer lasting tire. These advancements strengthen the sidewall and surface of the tire, with our new flat-guard technology.

The Primo Sentinel is a non-marking black tire with a grooved tread pattern that provides premium traction, while minimizing rolling resistance. It is a sleek, all black tire.

These are great tires. I love how sleek they look and how long they last. The first time I ordered these I noticed my hands looked black and found it was from the tires. That goes away as you break them in. The 2nd pair I bought didn’t have that issue.

Advantages: Long lasting.

Disadvantages: You may have some of the black of the tires get on your hands.

Start with a four. Hard to rate when you just put them on. This tire is replacing the Schwalbe Marathon Plus. We'll see how it does. At least it's available. Unlike the Marathon they're too busy producing for the bicycles and ignoring the wheelchair population.

Advantages: It appears to be comparable to the Marathon. Same features.

Disadvantages: The puncture resistant liner is only 3mm thick compared to the competitors 5mm thick liner.

These are the tires my wheelchair came with I wanted to replace the original ones after 17 months, these are the best tires I’ve had for a wheelchair in 37 years, I have not put these on the chair yet, but when needed I’ll be ready, fast shipping, great price for these tires.

My order was shipped out promptly and the tires are great. When it comes to Primo tires, the old adage is right: you get what you pay for. Sure, they are pricier than other tires. But they last far longer.

Advantages: The quality is awesome. I swap out tires maybe twice a year, and it's because I fork out a little more money and I don't cheap out. At least not on tires.

Disadvantages: Do I wish they were more reasonably priced? Sure. But that's how it is with medical supplies. I'm not sure if the price shoots up at the Primo factory, or at Sportaid. Either way, the quality is worth paying a little extra.
