Wheels have been installed. Handrims have scratches some a bit deep. Hubs have a few nicks. Bearings are new. Comes with 25" x 2" Off Road Tires which are a little dirty because they have been, well off roads. Sold as is. Only one pair available at this price. Features: Spokes: 18 count Black Hub: Black - narrow 25" (559) Weight Limit: 250 lbs. Priced per pair and includes anodized handrims, 25" x 2" Off Road Tires (gray w/blue sidewalls).
