This customer purchased the item at our site.

Very happy. If you need to mix and match sizes (I found I did), you will need to find a site that carries them separately.

Advantages: Very comfortable and easy to work with. The assisted living aids love it over the straps that come with the bag.

Disadvantages: None about the straps. I wish this site sold them separately. I was able to find them separately elsewhere.
