This customer purchased the item at our site.
First, I'm a T4/T3 complete SCI. I bought this pad 1 month ago to replace my ROHO Hybrid Elite pad. I liked that the OTTO Bock pad claimed to not allow any bottoming out and I didn't want the risk of deflating anymore with the ROHO. The gel packs themselves seem really good, but the actual foam pad that the gel packs sit in is a joke! The foam seems to be a very low quality foam that is week and does nothing to keep you in a good sitting position. In fact, the foam at the back of the pad doesn't allow the user to place the pad properly, so that the gel packs are directly under your pressure areas, so essentially your tail/hip bones rest on the low quality pad foam instead of the gel packs, rendering the pad useless. I really wish I would of just paid the extra $80 and purchased another ROHO Hybrid Elite.

Advantages: None

Disadvantages: Poor quality and bad design.
