The ultimate pressure sore preventer. I use them as armrest padding, off-loading heel cushion insoles, hip padding in sit ski and racer, where ever i need relief from pressure.

Advantages: you can cut to size and they really help relieve pressure.

Disadvantages: You can't regulate amount of air and they can go flat (after alot of use and abuse)
