As muscular degeneration occurs, the helper motor will automatically compensate for increasing weakness. The Saratoga Gold Active/Passive Trainer works for upper and lower limb exercising. Wherever your active limbs are, the APT strengthens the muscles and enhances your range of motion all during to cardiovascular conditioning.
