Sportaid / Medaid is a leading supplier of medical equipment and supplies used by persons with mobility related disabilities. We supply wheelchairs, parts, and accessories for both everyday and sporting applications. In addition, our product line includes shower/bath products, exercise equipment, urological and wound care related medical supplies, and a large line of wheelchair cushions. Due to our expanding business, we currently have opportunities for customer service representatives. These positions require your daily presence in our offices in Loganville, GA. (suburb of Atlanta).

Position #1: Successful candidates will have the following qualities:

Familiarity with various makes and models of manual wheelchairs and their parts and applications
An understanding of wheelchair configuration measurements
The ability to configure wheelchair order forms to meet the customers measurement specifications
The ability to check customer prepared order forms for conflicts in options or specifications
Previous DME sales experience (desired but not required)
Knowledge, familiarity or experience with various wheelchair sports and sporting equipment a plus
Experience with MAS 90/200 accounting/order entry software a plus, but not required

Position #2: Successful candidates will have the following qualities:

General familiarity with wheelchairs and their parts, wheelchair cushions, and/or urological supplies
Customer service and/or telephone support experience
Information Technology or Business Management education and skills are a plus
Experience with MAS 90/200 accounting/order entry software a plus
