Saratoga Spirit 690 Selectable Arm/Leg
Exerciser
The Saratoga Spirit 690 Selectable Arm/Leg Cycle is the first wheelchair
exercise machine to bring you a selectable arm-leg cycle. Two simple
pins let you or your therapy clients choose from arm-only, leg-only, or
arm-and-leg cycling. Think of all the advantages of this Spirit 690
Selectable Arm/Leg exercise machine. Saratoga Spirit 690 Selectable
Arm/Leg Exerciser lets you choose the kind of workout you want whenever
you want to change. Perhaps start today with a five-minute arm warm-up.
Snap a pin, and engage the lower, leg crankarms to the built-in flywheel
for a few minutes of arm-and-leg exercise. Third, snap a pin to
disengage the upper crankarms and pump up your legs. Each change on the
Spirit 690 selectable arm/leg wheelchair exercise machine takes seconds
without tools. Therapists can select mode after mode, to match patient
after patient, session after session. Add to this Saratoga's variety of
six QuickExchange handgrips, and you have the most versatile,
easy-to-use exercise machine on the market! Foot plates w/ankle-toe
straps included. Spirit 690 Selectable Arm/Leg exercise machine pictured

Saratoga Spirit 660 Arm-Leg Cycle
The 660 Arm-Leg Cycle locks together the arm and leg crankarms. The 690 and
660 Arm-Leg Cycle share the first-time features of longer, upper (arm)
crankarms and short, lower (leg) crankarms first to give your arms more
cycling power. Next, this crankarm system alternates your arm-leg motions.
Your arms and legs raise and lower in an alternating rhythm, and not a jerky
"right arm-leg" and "left arm-leg" monotonous series. Third, your legs flex,
however their shorter crankarms mean they move slower than the arms. You get
a smoother, coordinated, and balanced arm-leg workout only from Saratoga's
Spirit design! Foot plates w/ankle-toe straps included. (Select choice of
handgrips when ordering). Ships in 2 boxes; size 13" x 13" x 52", 70 lbs.
and 22" x 9" x 40", 48 lbs.
