T-5 incomplete, 34 years post I've purchased a number of TiLite chairs through Sportaid over the years and will continue to do so moving forward. TiLite chairs are very customizable (especially the ZR) and getting the specifications correct are crucial. Gwen at Sportaid always does a thorough sanity check before making the final order and lets me know if something looks askew and flags me when something doesn't look right avoiding a very costly error. She has saved me more than once.
